Nutrition Advice
All our Personal Trainers are qualified to give nutrition advice. We will give you sensible eating advice, as well as guidance as to what is good and bad in your diet as part of your training plan. We do not believe in giving prescriptive diets because we do not believe that people can stick to these kind of diets long-term. Instead we look at how you currently eat and suggest ways to make it better. If you can make small, healthy changes to your current eating patterns you are more likely to stick with them for the rest of your life.
