As well as being a fully-qualified Personal Trainer, Chris also has qualifications in Circuit Training and has recently completed further qualifications in nutrition and weight management. Chris has a naturally warm and easy-going personality which he uses to encourage and support his clients. He will only be strict when he needs to be and much prefers helping clients succeed with gentle pushing and motivation. Chris was a talented athlete and represented his RAF command in the High Jump. He currently keeps himself fit by running round the hills of Harborne and playing racquet sports. |
