Ben delivers his expertise in sessions with focus and attentiveness. He brings all the equipment you need, and can work around your schedule throughout the day or evening.
Ben will always begin with a full consultation and some measurements so that he is able to tailor your programme to your particular goals and circumstances. From this, Ben will design a programme tailored for you, and then lead you through it.

Ben is a fully qualified and REPS-accredited level 3 Personal Trainer
Before qualifying as a personal trainer, Ben gained a 2:1 Degree with Honours studying Sports and Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Lancashire
Ben also holds qualifications in Kettlebell and Suspension training
Having completed a number of events including the Manchester Marathon, Ben is an experienced runner, and likes to use his knowledge and experience to help others build up to achieving goals they didn’t think were possible
