If you’re a new client, we recommend the discounted Six Week Promise package. This begins with a full consultation, along with some measurements and basic fitness assessments. This is an opportunity to share your goals and to collect all the relevant information to draw up your unique programme.
Clive will then lead you through a series of fast-paced sessions to burn fat and develop your strength and fitness . After six weeks you’ll do a repeat consultation with the same measurements. This will show how you’ve improved in each area and keep you moving in the right direction.
Clive personally believes in building relationships of trust, and is reflected in his open and friendly yet professional manner. Because of that, many of Clive’s clients have stayed with him for years. Having Clive as my personal trainer has been a dream . Having a disability I was very worried about finding the right person to help balance what was achievable but after just talking to Clive and then having my first session I felt completely safe and like I had found the right fit. He helped me discover that my limits were a lot higher than I though they were and was not afraid to give me that extra push that I asked for . Clive also has a wonderful personality that made the exercises much easier to get though. I would recommend Clive to any of my friends or family. I always get the best of my workouts and not only that but confidence building when being trained by Clive.
Clive really helped me enjoy exercise. Before I had him as a trainer I had never been to the gym before really and he helped me understand what I was good at, needed to work on and a lot of new exercises I had never seen or heard of before. His friendly and approachable manner was encouraging but at the same time he pushes really hard so you always feel like you have had a good work out. Thanks to Clive I am way more confident with weight training especially but with working out in general.
Clive first started to work with my husband and I back in March 2012, when we were probably at the lowest ebb of our adult lives, both physically and emotionally. Clive spoke to us about our lifestyle, our diet, our aims and what we hoped to achieve. He assessed our needs and capabilities and devised a programmes that suited us both.
Clive worked with us both and we trained very much together making our sessions, at first, far less intimidating and then fun and even a little competitive! Each week he spurred us on, consolidating what we were able to do and challenging us to achieve that little bit more.
We achieved our goals in terms of weight loss and certainly in fitness levels thanks to Clive. He continues to provide support and motivation and we respect and value his professionalism. We now, as ever continue to look forward to our weekly training sessions.
