
As our name suggests, At Home Fitness has always specialised in Personal Training in people's homes! We Started in Birmingham in 2004 and developed Personal Training techniques specifically for training at home. At Home Fitness shares its wealth of experience with all its Personal Trainers. However we don't rest on our laurels and constantly undergo further qualifications to ensure you get results.
We can also offer Personal Training outdoors or in the workplace, as well as fitness classes, running coaching and team fitness coaching. Most of our trainers have experience as either competitors or coaches at a high-level so can give you expert running or fitness advice if this is of particular interest. Personal
Training
We offer

in your home,
delivering
a programme
written specifically
to meet your
goals. Our
Personal
Trainers
will bring
all the equipment
you need
for a fast,
fun and effective
session.
If you have
your own
equipment
we can make
sure you
get the most
out of it
and we can
incorporate
it into your
training.
When
we first
meet you,
we will spend
the first
session chatting
about everything
you want
to get out
of your training,
how your
diet and
lifestyle
might affect
these goals
and letting
you ask any
questions
you have.
We will also
do an extensive
set of health
and fitness
tests so
we can get
an accurate
picture of
where you’re
starting
from and
where you
want to get
to. We will
use this
information
to write
you a fitness
report and
to plan your
training
programmes.

All
our Personal
Trainers
are fully
qualified
and accredited
by the Register
of Exercise
Professionals
(REPS).
They are
fully insured
and undergo
regular training
to ensure
they offer
the very
best service.
We offer
two ways
to train:
All Personal
Training
sessions
are one-hour
long.
As well
as training
at home,
we can
also go
outside
into the
garden
or local
parks,
or even
bring our
services
to your
workplace.

Fitness
Classes
We offer fitness classes which vary according to the expertise of the trainer. We can come to your workplace and run exercise classes for your staff or colleagues.

Running
Coaching
We frequently
offer running
clubs to
help you
train for
anything
from a 5km
Fun Run to
a full marathon.
If you want
individual
running coaching
to develop
your technique,
push you harder or ensure a balanced training programme we can help.
