Some of our Personal Trainers have the additional speciality of Children’s Fitness. This allows them to work with groups or individuals, catering for the unique physical and developmental differences of children aged 5-16 years.
All of our Personal Trainers undergo CRB checks, but we also request that for everyone’s peace of mind that an adult is present for all junior fitness sessions.
At Home Fitness has also set up an elite training academy for girls aged 12-17 in Birmingham. We provide weekly strength & conditioning classes for girls competing in sports at regional or national level. You can find out more about it here.
We have worked with a wide variety of young people ranging from promising sports performers competing at national and international level through to young people battling weight and motivation issues. Just like our adult Personal Training, our Children’s Personal Training treats each child as unique, looks at their wants and needs and writes a programme to meet this. Our sessions are designed to be fun, challenging and designed for the age and stage of the young person.
We also offer group fitness for children ranging from active games and challenges for the very young through to group exercise sessions for schools, community groups and sports clubs. For group sessions all we need is for you to provide the space, a supervisory adult and the young people. We will do the rest.
