AHF Community Day

AHF Community Day

At Home Fitness have launched an exciting twice-annual event to engage personal trainers interested in delivering a mobile service to clients’ homes.  The event is designed to bring PTs together – both within the AHF brand and outside of it – to learn, share ideas and get inspired.

Join us for our third AHF Community Day :  Sunday 11th November 2018, Kirtlington (nr Bicester), Oxfordshire

If you’re interested in attending the event as above, give us a call on 0800 977 4154, or register your interest through our Contact Page.  We’d love to hear from you!

Our vision as a brand is to equip and inspire PTs to deliver expert-quality training to our clients.  Our Community Day is the love-child of that vision!  It is a platform for passionate trainers to come together, meet others in a similar field and be challenged about the way we approach training.

This is a little snapshot of our day from last year, plus some testimonies from trainers who joined us for our second event in May ’18:

What does the day look like?

The day is split into two parts:  first, we’ll spend some time looking at ways we can build a stronger home PT business and deliver a better service together.  The second part includes a practical element, which will include some video’d content and photography, and a chance to share ideas and chat with your fellow PTs.

This November we’ve inviting Mel Young to deliver an interactive workshop in Strength and Conditioning.  Mel is a specialist coach and an expert in the industry, and – as well as a long list of qualifications – recently gained her Masters in Strength and Conditioning.

We’ll also be joined by our resident photographer (Jamie Dickson) and videographer (Charlie Lane) who, between them, will be taking shots of the day and helping us create some quality, usable content.

At the end of the day we’ll invite everyone to come and join us for a restaurant lunch, and continue to chat and network.

As a bonus thank you gift for joining us, you will also be invited to receive a free mini photography session led by Jamie, including fully-edited pictures, all courtesy of At Home Fitness.  Check out a sample from May’s event:

Meet the hosts

Company co-directors Adam Coley and Hyde Phillips have been with At Home Fitness delivering one to one PT in people’s homes for a collective total of 23 years.  Through this experience, along with helping numerous PTs set up their own businesses, they have gained insight and wisdom in the industry that has shaped the evolution of At Home Fitness.

He has genuine passion for the industry, an admirable personal focus and a real desire to help people live healthier lives.  For this reason he has several clients who he has worked with consistently for over 9 years.
