Tom delivers bespoke personal training to clients at home in Chippenham and north west Wiltshire. As well as being a certified level 3 Personal Trainer, Tom has studied health, fitness, movement and nutrition through a Sports Science degree. This underpinning of knowledge equips him to help his clients on a deeper level, to achieve weight loss goals, move better and embrace a holistic approach to health and fitness.
As with all At Home Fitness trainers, Tom brings all the equipment you need. He can work with you in any space, whether it’s in your living room, kitchen or garden. Tom’s passion is holistic health, specialising in fitness and weight loss from the comfort and privacy of your own home. His extra-curricular activities have included a road trip across the USA and a 25-hour team cycling challenge. (Don’t worry, he won’t make you do that…)

‘At home’ personal training is our speciality. It is our goal to help people see long-term, sustainable results without leaving the house. To give you the best chance of success, Tom begins every programme with a full consultation. This includes your background, lifestyle and nutritional analysis. He’ll also take some measurements and basic fitness assessments so he knows your starting point, and use them to measure your progress.
He will then design a unique programme to help you reach your own personal goals in the most effective and realistic way.
Following the first session, Tom will lead you in regular fitness sessions, challenging and inspiring you to make your goals a reality. In each session, Tom will continue offering support and advice around nutrition, as well as other areas discussed in the consultation.
At the end of six weeks, Tom will repeat the same measurements to help you see your progress. It is also a chance to re-evaluate your goals and journey so far. This personal, holistic approach is why most At Home Fitness clients continue training beyond their initial six weeks.
