About Hyde – male personal trainer Sutton Coldfield
Hyde has been an At Home Fitness personal trainer for over 12 years, delivering sessions to hundreds of clients across the areas of Sutton Coldfield, Four Oaks, Mere Green, Streetly and Lichfield and many of the surrounding areas. His specialty and passion is helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to weight loss, strength and fitness – and all round improvements in mental and physical health.
Hyde has further qualifications in children’s fitness, exercise for older adults, GP Referral and a specialist level 4 qualification in Low Back Pain management. His experience combined with his specialist knowledge allows him to work with a large range of people of all age groups and including those with specialist needs.

Danielle is our second personal trainer to serve Sutton Coldfield. She covers the length and breadth of Sutton, including Walmley to Four Oaks, Lichfield to Tamworth and everywhere in between. She brings her quality home personal training service straight to your door, to help you lose weight, improve strength and increase fitness.
Danielle begins every programme begins with a full consultation – during which she’ll ask you to talk about your goals, things you’ve tried before, and a current assessment of your lifestyle. She’ll also do some tests to help measure your progress. She will then help you draw up a plan to help you best see the results you want, tracking your progress as you go. Her service includes advice around nutrition, as well as exercise you can do in between sessions.
Prior to qualifying as a personal trainer, Danielle worked in a corporate environment leading a team for several years. After overcoming some of her own battles with weight and fitness, she went on to qualify as a level personal trainer. She now combines her leadership experience with her passion for health and fitness to help others experience a stronger, healthier and happier life – all from the privacy and convenience of your own home.
