Every At Home Fitness programme starts with an in-depth consultation and health and fitness MOT.  Clive will ask you to talk through what you want to achieve, things you’ve tried before and all the factors that will affect your goals.  He’ll also take you through some straight-forward fitness assessments to take a snapshot of your starting point.

Clive will then work with you to come up with a personalised plan that you want to commit to.  This will be available in your own personal online profile, where Clive will also track your progress.
