We currently offer Bootcamp exercise sessions in Nottingham, led by our Nottingham Personal Trainer, Dave Hall. Bootcamps might sound scary, but in reality Dave makes sure the sessions are challenging but manageable not matter what your fitness level.
Fitness bootcamps take the military principle of basic exercises using minimal equipment, but Dave then adapts them for normal people, with different levels of difficulty depending on your fitness level. It is a great way for friends with different fitness levels to exercise together.
The sessions go ahead come rain or shine. So whether the weather be hot, cold or indifferent you’ll get a great workout!
As well as being a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Dave has worked as a football coach for Bolton Wanderers and Nottingham Forest. He uses some of his football fitness training experience in his bootcamp to get you as fit as Ryan Giggs and his Personal Training skills to get you as toned as Angelina Jolie! The Long Eaton bootcamp will have you running, jumping and lifting your way to fitness with a non-stop menu of outdoor exercises. When asked to describe his bootcamp Dave said:
