We offer Personal Training in your home, delivering a programme written specifically to meet your goals. Our Personal Trainers will bring all the equipment you need for a fast, fun and effective session. If you have your own equipment we can make sure you get the most out of it and we can incorporate it into your training.
How does it work?
To give you the best chance of long-term success, we will always spend the first session chatting about everything you want to get out of your training. This will include exploring all the factors that will affect your progress – including nutrition, lifestyle and activity levels. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and allow you to think more clearly about what you want to achieve.
We will then do an extensive set of health and fitness tests so we can get an accurate picture of where you’re starting from and where you want to get to. We will use this information to write you a fitness report and to plan your training programme.
All our Personal Trainers are fully qualified and accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). They are fully insured and undergo regular training to ensure they offer the very best service.
What do sessions look like?
We offer two main ways to train:

All Personal Training sessions are one-hour long. As well as training at home, we can also go outside into the garden or local parks, or even bring our services to your workplace.
