Our dedicated team of personal trainers bring the workout to your home to help you get fit, keep healthy and feel great.  Kick-start your health and fitness journey with our discounted, introductory Six Week Promise package.  With a full money-back guarantee on results, you can be sure you’re in good hands.

You start with an initial meeting, that includes a consultation and some assessments.  This is designed to help us understand your starting point and what you’d really like to achieve.

You then have ten Personal Training sessions, twice a week for ten sessions.  Your twelfth session is a repeat of the consultation and assessment in your first session.  If you have not improved in both the ‘health’ and ‘fitness’ categories you get a refund, subject to the terms and conditions being met.

Terms & Conditions

The Six Week Promise package consists of twelve sessions over a six week period.  The first and last session will include assessments of your health and fitness over the six weeks, with ten training sessions in between.

If a client does not show measured improvements in the ‘health’ and ‘fitness’ categories over the six weeks they will get their money back.

To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee the client must:

  • Complete all 12 sessions within the six week period.
  • Sign a ‘Training Agreement’ on the commencement of their programme.
  • Adhere to any dietary advice given.
  • Give maximal performances on both fitness tests.
  • Complete all tests each time (listed below).

The tests used to measure improvement will be:

Health (if weight loss is desired & safe)

  • Weight (decreased)
  • Waist measurement (decreased)
  • Hip measurement (decreased)
  • Flexibility (increased)

Fitness  (improvement in brackets)

  • Resting heart rate (lowered)
  • Cardio-vascular endurance (increased)
  • Muscular strength – sit ups (increased)
  • Muscular strength – press ups (increased)

If after six weeks the client has not improved in at least one test in each category and has adhered to all the conditions, they will receive a full refund.  At Home Fitness reserves the right to refuse starting a Six Week Promise package with any clients for whom it is unsuitable.  At Home Fitness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

In the event of a client being part way through a Six Week Promise, the terms in force at the start of the programme will be applicable.  Session cancellation requires 24 hours’ notice or the session may be forfeited.  The package is non-refundable unless there is a genuine medical condition preventing completion, certified by a doctor’s note.  

COVID-19 update – 16th March ’20:   At Home Fitness and its trainers are committed to doing everything possible to keep clients fit and well.  At Home Fitness will follow all official guidelines related to Coronavirus as they are updated, with the priority being to minimise risk of infection to clients.  If part way through the Six Week Promise the advice from health officials is to avoid all non-essential travel and contact, or self-isolation becomes necessary, At Home Fitness may be required to pause training with any client.  This may invalidate the money-back guarantee.

The Six Week Promise package is an introductory package and cannot be repeated by customers.  It is intended as a kick-start to training before moving onto the Standing Order scheme.
