After having worked in the corporate world for several years Jackie decided to pursue her passion for health and fitness. Jackie is a keen runner and has completed 5 half marathons. She has also cycled from London to Brighton for charity. Her own training passions include HIIT (high intensity interval training), body combat, strength training and running. Among all, one of her biggest achievements is getting back to her pre-pregnancy weight and fitness levels.
